Juan Retana | BEWARE OF OWNERS INSURANCE! IF THEY “CAN'T REACH THIER CLIENT” THEY WILL USE THAT TECHNICALITY AND WON'T PAY. My son was involved in an accident in which a client of Owners insurance rear ended my son's vehicle. After contacting Owners insurance with the situation and submitting a claim, we continue to get the run around. They can never get a hold of their client. They have sent out an assessor to assess the damage to my son's vehicle, yet can not approve my claim because they can't get a hold of their client. I have given them enough resources and evidence for them to assess the situation without needing their clients input. I have contacted the supervisor, Josh, to see if we can move forward without them successfully reaching their client, however, the supervisor tells me the same thing. If you are rear ended your are not at fault, this is a cut and dry situation. The company is using this technicality to avoid the payout. I understand that a company has to protect their own interest, but they should use any resources and evidence that is offered to determine the truth of the situation. If they are at fault, they should be responsible and and take action to make the situation right for the person that has been wronged. We have been “waiting for their client to respond” since December 9th, when are we going to move on and determine they are avoiding their calls. |
Joe Frey | I thought leaving this group a bad review might make me feel better about how they have treated me through the experience. However, it looks like all they receive are poor reviews. Their insured crashed into me and for the most part they made me feel like I'm at fault and should carry the financial burden of their accident. When you are choosing insurance make sure the company you pay for premiums compensates others for your faults. BTW Their car valuation tool will leave you irritated and short changed. Google, can I give them a .25 star? |
